Job summary

Aramark is hiring full-time Food Service Supervisors to join our dedicated Food Services Team in Indiana. You will work with a manager to coordinate operations, oversee staff, and ensure high-quality food service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include scheduling, daily supervision, inventory control, and training, while maintaining safety standards and excellent customer service. Occasional night and weekend catering events may be required to support locations.

Qualifications

• Must read, write, and understand verbal instructions.
• Must complete a sanitation course either before or during first year.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic.

Responsibilities

• Produce and maintain work schedules and may prepare production packets (Production sheets and recipes).
• Direct daily activities.
• Maintain a sanitary department following health and safety codes and regulations.
• Maintain accurate inventory on a weekly basis.
• Supervise and evaluate employees; counsel; promote employee growth, efficiency, morale, and teamwork.
