Job summary

Aramark is seeking a full-time Food Service Supervisor to join our team in the Chester County area. You will work alongside a manager to coordinate operations, oversee staff, and ensure timely execution of catering events and daily service.

The role emphasizes maintaining safety and quality, supervising employees, and promoting growth and efficiency within the team. Occasional night and weekend events may be required.

Qualifications

• Must read, write, and understand verbal instructions.
• Must complete a sanitation course either before or during first year.
• Must be knowledgeable in operating an efficient cost-effective program.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic.
• Maintain emotional control under stress.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to resolve interpersonal situations.

Responsibilities

• Produce and maintain work schedules and may prepare production packets (Production sheets and recipes).
• Direct daily activities.
• Maintain food production that ensures safety and quality according to policies, procedures, and department requirements.
• Ensure safe storage of food items and organized environment.
• Maintain serving schedules and ensure menu specifications are followed.
