Responsibilities

• Produce and maintain work schedules and may prepare production packets.
• Direct daily activities and supervise employees.
• Maintain food safety and quality per policies and department requirements.
• Ensure safe storage and handling of food items.
• Maintain serving schedules and ensure menu specifications are followed.
• Keep a sanitary department compliant with health codes and regulations.
• Maintain inventory and may prepare orders to ensure accurate production.
• Train and mentor other food service workers and promote teamwork.
• Perform other duties as needed by the Food Service Director or Manager.
