Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a Food Supervisor at McLaren Macomb to oversee on-site food operations across fast casual, cafeterias, and events. You’ll coordinate daily activities, support management, and ensure quality and service in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year of related experience with supervisory skills, a team-oriented mindset, and a commitment to safe, efficient operations while providing excellent customer satisfaction and adherence to company policies.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of related work experience.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Flexible availability and varying shifts.
• Ability to coordinate daily food service operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to management in the daily oversight of key functions and employees during the normal course of business.
• Assist in ensuring a safe working environment throughout the facility for all employees.
• Facilitate orientation and training of employees.
• Work with customers to ensure satisfaction in such areas as quality, service, and problem resolution.
• Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity.
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.
