Aramark is seeking a full-time Food Service Supervisor in Springfield, SD at Mike Durfee State Prison. Starting at $21.00/hr, you will lead operations alongside a manager, oversee staff, and ensure safety and quality across food service activities.

Responsibilities include scheduling, directing daily tasks, maintaining inventory, and training team members while upholding Aramark policies and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must read, write and understand verbal instructions.
• Sanitation course completed before or during first year.
• Knowledge of cost-effective program management.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic.
• Maintain emotional control under stress.
• Resolve interpersonal situations calmly.
• Strong organizational skills for scheduling and supervision.

Responsabilités

• Produce and maintain work schedules and production packets.
• Direct daily activities and supervise staff.
• Ensure food safety and quality per policies and procedures.
• Maintain safe, organized storage of food items.
• Manage serving schedules and menu compliance.
• Keep department sanitary and compliant with health codes.
• Maintain weekly inventory records.
• Train/mentor food service workers.
• Ensure logs for food safety/temperature and maintenance are complete.
