Join our team as a full-time Food Service Supervisor and lead our passionate Food Services Team. You'll work alongside a manager to coordinate operations, oversee staff, and collaborate with teammates to ensure smooth service and high-quality food safety standards. Job Responsibilities

1. Produce and maintain work schedules; prepare production sheets and recipes.
2. Direct daily food service activities.
3. Ensure food safety and quality according to policies and department standards.
4. Store food items safely and organize storage areas.
5. Maintain serving schedules and ensure menu specifications are met safely and properly.
6. Follow health and safety regulations to keep the department sanitary.
7. Maintain accurate weekly inventory records.
8. Prepare orders as needed to support production.
9. Supervise, evaluate, and mentor employees to promote growth, morale, and teamwork.
10. Ensure a safe working environment free of hazards.
11. Train staff and promote professional development.
12. Keep logs of equipment maintenance and food safety temperature checks.
13. Perform preventative maintenance and recommend equipment replacements.
14. Multitask effectively across various duties.
15. Support the Food Service Director or Manager with additional tasks as needed.
16. Fill in for absent staff when required.
17. Coordinate and ensure timely preparation and delivery of catering events.
18. Work occasional nights and weekends for catered events.
19. Participate in staff meetings and maintain communication via various channels.
20. Perform cashier duties if necessary.
21. Promote positive public relations.
