Job Description

We are hiring full-time Food Service Supervisors to join our passionate Food Services Team. Under the guidance of a manager, you will oversee staff, collaborate with teammates, and assist where needed. This role offers growth opportunities and the chance to pursue your passions.

Job Responsibilities

1. Produce and maintain work schedules; prepare production packets (sheets and recipes).
2. Direct daily activities.
3. Ensure food safety and quality according to policies and procedures.
4. Store food items safely and organize storage areas.
5. Maintain serving schedules; ensure food is served per menu specifications following policies.
6. Maintain a sanitary environment compliant with health and safety codes.
7. Maintain weekly inventory records.
8. Prepare orders to ensure accurate production levels.
9. Supervise, evaluate, and mentor employees; promote teamwork and morale.
10. Ensure a safe working environment.
11. Train staff and maintain equipment logs.
12. Complete food safety and temperature logs with corrective actions as needed.
13. Perform preventative maintenance checks.
14. Recommend equipment replacements as necessary.
15. Multitask effectively.
16. Perform additional duties as assigned by the Food Service Director or Manager.
17. Fill in for absent employees when needed.
18. Coordinate and confirm catering events.
19. Work occasional night and weekend events.
20. Attend staff meetings and communicate effectively with team members.
21. Perform cashier duties if required.
22. Promote positive public relations.
