The State of North Carolina is seeking a Food Services Supervisor to oversee culinary operations at O'Berry Neuro Medical Treatment Center. This role involves the supervision of kitchen staff, coordination of meal service, and implementation of nutrition standards while ensuring a high level of food safety and quality. Candidates should have a background in dietetics and large-scale food preparation, coupled with the ability to lead a culinary team effectively.

The primary purpose of this position is supervision of Cooks, implementing diet changes, implementing and assisting in development of menus, coordinating meal service, and to serve as a Person in Charge (PIC), according to the North Carolina Food Code. The Food Services Supervisor will provide quality assurance and in-service training to Food Service team members. This position is designated Mandatory and must report or stay over during adverse weather and emergency events. Flexible scheduling as PIC is required, which includes on-call and rotating shifts.
Work Schedule: 4 X 10-hr. Schedule Sunday - Saturday Flex Schedule. Rotating Weekends.
