SodexoMagic is hiring a Food Supervisor to oversee on-site food operations across fast casual, coffee/counter service, cafeterias, events, and cafes. You will coordinate routine tasks, supervise staff, and support management in daily activities at the facility.

The role requires 1+ years of related experience, a valid driver’s license, and a team-oriented, reliable candidate. Benefits include PTO, health/dental/vision, 401k, and more.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of related work experience.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight to management in daily functions and supervise service employees in food operations.
• Ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
• Facilitate orientation and training of staff.
• Work with customers to ensure satisfaction in quality and service.
• Attend scheduled shifts on time with reliable attendance.
• Other duties may be assigned per business needs.
