Time to step up your career! We’re hiring full-time Food Service Supervisors to join our passionate Food Services Team. You will work alongside a manager to coordinate operations, oversee staff, collaborate with teammates, and assist where needed. We look forward to supporting your growth and igniting your passion.

Job Responsibilities

1. Produce and maintain work schedules; prepare production packets, including sheets and recipes.
2. Direct daily activities of the food service team.
3. Ensure food safety and quality according to policies, procedures, and department standards.
4. Store food items safely, organized, and hazard-free.
5. Maintain serving schedules; ensure food is served per menu specifications following company policies.
6. Maintain a sanitary environment complying with health and safety codes.
7. Keep accurate inventory records weekly.
8. Prepare orders as needed for production accuracy.
9. Supervise, evaluate, and counsel employees; promote growth, morale, efficiency, and teamwork.
10. Ensure a safe working environment.
11. Train and mentor food service staff.
12. Keep logs of equipment maintenance and food safety/temperature logs with corrective actions.
13. Perform preventative maintenance and recommend equipment replacements.
14. Multitask proficiently.
15. Perform additional duties as assigned by the Food Service Director or Manager.
16. Fill in for absent employees as needed.
17. Coordinate with catering events to ensure timely preparation and delivery.
18. Work occasional night and weekend catering events.
19. Attend staff meetings and maintain communication via various channels.
20. Perform cashier duties if necessary.
21. Promote good public relations.
