You will work alongside a manager to coordinate and lead operations, oversee staff, collaborate with teammates, and assist where needed. We look forward to supporting your growth while igniting your passion and helping you pursue what matters to you.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Produce and maintain work schedules; prepare production sheets and recipes.
  2. Direct daily activities.
  3. Maintain food safety and quality according to policies, procedures, and department standards.
  4. Ensure safe, organized, and hazard-free storage of food items.
  5. Maintain serving schedules; ensure food is served according to menu specifications following company policies.
  6. Maintain a sanitary environment complying with health and safety regulations.
  7. Keep accurate weekly inventory records.
  8. Prepare orders as needed for accurate production.
  9. Supervise, evaluate, counsel, and promote employee growth, efficiency, morale, and teamwork.
  10. Ensure a safe working environment.
  11. Train and mentor food service workers.
  12. Maintain logs for equipment maintenance and food safety/temperature logs, taking corrective actions as necessary.
  13. Perform preventative maintenance checks.
  14. Recommend equipment replacements to meet facility needs.
  15. Proficient in multitasking.
  16. Perform additional duties as assigned by the Food Service Director or Manager.
  17. Fill in for absent employees as needed.
  18. Coordinate and ensure timely preparation and delivery of catering events.
  19. Work occasional night and weekend catering events.
  20. Attend staff meetings.
  21. Maintain effective communication with staff via email, phone, and inter-office mail.
  22. Perform cashier duties if required.
  23. Promote good public relations.
