Job summary

Combined Public Communications, LLC is seeking a Food Service Supervisor for the Pottawatomie County OK Detention Center. This full-time role involves managing daily kitchen operations, supervising staff, and ensuring food safety in a secure facility.

You will handle inventory, menu planning within budget, and enforce security procedures while working Wednesday through Saturday from 4am to 2pm. Strong leadership and adherence to health standards are essential.
