Summary:
Supervises the daily activities of all food service operations, ensuring compliance with all regulatory, institute, and department policies.

The starting annual salary for this position is $50,425, including a comprehensive benefits package.
Qualifications:
Required Education and Experience

1. Associate’s Degree or Certification in a related field, with at least one (1) year of full-time experience in food service operation and management training; or
2. High School diploma or High School Equivalency diploma, with at least three (3) years of full-time experience in food service operation and management training.

Note: Degrees must be from an accredited institution or recognized by Roswell Park as following acceptable educational standards.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous supervision, food service, and cash handling experience are preferred.
