Job summary

Elior North America is seeking a motivated Food Service Supervisor to join our healthcare team at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh, PA. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will lead a energetic and willing staff of servers to ensure customers have the optimal dining experience.

You will oversee daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations, including scheduling, managing, and training dining room employees to deliver high quality service.

What we're looking for:

Must-haves:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience supervising multiple employees.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• At least one years’ experience in customer service.

Nice-to-haves:

• Previous hospitality management experience.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, telephone systems, printers, and fax machines.
• Associate’s degree or higher.

Compensation Range:

• $53,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience
