The Role at a glance:

Are you a current or past school nutrition employee residing in the Horry or Georgetown County area?

Elior Management is looking for experienced cafeteria managers and assistant managers to open a new school at 3790 SC-90 Conway, SC 29526.

The Food Service Director will professionally train applicants in company operations.

The position will begin on July 28, 2025. This Supervisor roll is a 10-month position, summers off.

2-5 years' experience preferred in the National School Lunch Program.

We will be interviewing all experienced restaurant applicants as well!

What you'll be doing:

• Providing hands-on supervision and oversight for the preparation, cooking, and portioning of meals, following company recipes based on daily needs and contractual obligations.
• Ensuring all meals meet standards for quality.

Must-haves:

• Experience supervising multiple employees.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and service knowledge.
  
  

Nice-to-haves:

• An advanced degree in culinary arts or a related field.
• Food Handler’s certification.
