Sampson Regional Medical Center in Clinton, NC, is seeking a Food Service Supervisor to join the Food & Nutrition team. The role ensures planning, coordination, and control of all activities related to the hospital's food production system and patient and retail programs.

Reporting to the Food Service Director, you will assume authority in their absence and manage daily operations, staff supervision, and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate or Culinary degree preferred.
• 1 year of food service supervisory experience.
• ServSafe certification preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients, customers, and staff.

• Ability to communicate effectively with clients, customers, and support staff
• ServSafe certification preferred.

Hours:

This is a full-time position working 8 to 12 hours shifts. The days and hours will vary, depending on the needs of the department. Rotating weekends and holidays will be required.
