Elior North America is seeking a seasoned food service supervisor to join the Healthcare team in Aliquippa. You will directly oversee meal production and service, ensuring quality and consistency across daily operations.

Working onsite, you will lead a small team, coordinate with culinary staff, and ensure compliance with recipes and contractual obligations while delivering excellent guest experiences and timely service.

• Must be able to pass an extensive Criminal Background check and drug screen.

The Role at a glance:

We are looking to add an experienced, motivated food service supervisor to our Healthcare team in Aliquippa. As a food service supervisor, you will have the opportunity to directly oversee the production and service of meals.

What you'll be doing:

• Providing hands-on supervision and oversight for the preparation, cooking, and portioning of meals, following company recipes based on daily needs and contractual obligations.
• Ensuring all meals meet standards for quality.

What we're looking for:

Must-haves:

• Experience supervising multiple employees.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and service knowledge.
• Must be able to pass an extensive Criminal Background check and drug screen

Nice-to-haves:

• An advanced degree in culinary arts or a related field.
• Food Handler’s certification.
