Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of food according to the assigned menu.
• Assist in the portioning and packaging meals for transport to the Oracle Ridge School.
• Use safe food handling techniques.
• Maintain sanitation and safety in the kitchen.
• Assist in serving meals, paying attention to portion control.
• Observe stock rotation policy and record commodity usage.
• Report any accident/injury or equipment problem to the Food Services Director immediately.
