Job summary

Southwest Convenience Stores, LLC (OXXO USA) seeks an Assistant Store Manager with Food Service for our El Paso location. You will oversee daily QSR operations, maintain inventories, and ensure clean, compliant service while delivering outstanding customer experiences.

The role requires managing schedules, training staff, and handling cash transactions, with flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays. Prior retail experience and a valid license are preferred.

Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred.
• Valid Driver's License and transportation to/from bank and corporate meetings.
• Food safety manager training as a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily QSR activities to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain inventory levels by accurately ordering and monitoring supplies.
• Ensure the QSR remains clean and organized.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues promptly.
• Handle financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Develop, lead & support Sales Associates with Food Service.
