What does it look like to be a Store Associate?

• Create a great atmosphere for our friends.
• Assist customers with purchases, finding items, etc.
• Complete cashier and other customer service activities.
• Stock coolers, shelves, and consumables to keep our friends happy!
• Assist in inventory management, stocking, counts, and product checks.
• Maintain store cleanliness, including bathrooms and outside grounds.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
• Close and balance registers, report variances.
• Ensure hot food items are prepared and served according to standards.
• Assist in fuel spill clean-up as needed.
• Follow safety standards and report issues.

What’s the store environment?

• Primarily working inside a retail store.
• Work around fuel and fuel pumps, moving vehicles, parking lots, and outside grounds.
• May work in hot or cold environments.

Physical Demands

• Stand for extended periods.
• Move freely inside and outside.
• Climb stairs and ladders, kneel, bend, and stoop.
• Push or pull equipment and items.
• Lift up to 25 lbs.

Required Knowledge and Skills

Preferred Qualifications
