Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations; familiarity with federal child nutrition programs preferred or willingness to learn.
• Experience in food service, preferably in a group or institutional setting.
• Ability to maintain records, follow menus, and manage inventory.
• Ability to adapt to the needs of a youth care environment.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform physical kitchen tasks.
