Responsibilities

• Stores food properly with wrapping, dating and rotation procedures.
• Cleans work areas, equipment and utensils to maintain sanitation.
• Distributes supplies and organizes utensils and equipment.
• Ensures proper serving temperatures and adherence to service steps.
• Resolves customer concerns and relays information to supervisor.
