Job summary

Stinker Stores in Caldwell, Idaho is hiring a Food Service Specialist to prepare Pete's Eats in our retail store kitchen. You will follow production lists to ensure quality and consistent offerings for customers visiting the store.

The role is full-time with a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and some holidays, and a strong emphasis on food safety, cleanliness, and teamwork. Competitive pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 19 years of age.
• HS Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to balance on a step stool or ladder and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work in a cooler at 32 degrees.

Responsibilities

• Provide scent-sational customer service by creating a welcoming environment.
• Prioritize food safety by adhering to proper food preparation guidelines and time/temperature standards.
• Be a clean freak, ensuring equipment cleaning and sanitation schedules are followed.
• Make food using the Pete's Eats menu and store production lists to meet customer demand.
• Ensure proper rotation of product through the cold and hot cases.
