Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare a daily report that verifies transactions.
• Understand what is inclusive of a meal and storage of food.
• Serve food according to meal schedules and department policies.
• Ensure storage of food in a sanitary manner.
• Use and care of kitchen equipment with emphasis on knives.
• Assist in major cleaning of refrigerators, freezers, and cooking equipment.
• Adhere to food safety regulations for sanitation and storage.
