Job summary

Qualifications

• Food Service Certificate may be required or as needed.
• Ability to read, write, and follow verbal and written instructions.
• Ability to work quickly and concisely under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quality food and baked goods according to a planned menu.
• Prepare a daily report that verifies transactions.
• Understand what is inclusive of a meal and ensure proper serving.
• Ensure storage of food in a sanitary manner.
• Adhere to all food safety regulations and uniform policy.
• Connect with the Manager daily to understand and prepare the menu for the day.
• Supervise the food temperature requirements and maintain a clean work area.
