Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing food and beverages for serving line.
• Set up and clear serving lines and dining room areas daily, including paper goods, ice, condiments, etc.; remove kitchen and dining room trash when needed.
• Wash cookware and dishware; maintain sanitary conditions in accordance with prescribed standards for commercial/institutional kitchens
• Maintain security of working area for client and employee safety
• Stock food and supplies in store room, pantry, refrigerator and or freezer
• Preserve security of all service utensils and equipment issued and stored for kitchen
• Train and monitor work of clients in serving, cleaning and food storage during an assigned shift when needed

Position Summary:

Sets a tone of hospitality and professionalism while participating in food service activities at residential treatment facilities, halfway houses and/or as part of House Café and Catering.

Position Description:
