Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain customer relationships; recognize regulars and new customers.
• Maximize sales and profits; complete daily/weekly paperwork as assigned.
• Follow recipes, production procedures, and proper portions.
• Maintain cleanliness and stocking standards; restock condiments and supplies.
• Wash and sanitize utensils; maintain proper food temperatures.
• Report maintenance needs or safety incidents to the Manager.
• Open/close food service operations if needed; complete necessary forms.
• Adhere to all company policies; assist with related tasks as needed.
