Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma (or equivalent) or relevant experience in retail/convenience/food service.
• Outstanding customer service skills.
• Have reliable transportation and can arrive at the store on time.
• Has a positive attitude and promotes the company and is a team player.
• Must be well organized and manages time well.
• Possess good people management skills.
• Availability flexible to include but not limited to working all shifts and all days of the week.

Responsibilities

• Greet each customer with a friendly smile and provide prompt courteous service and complete the customer transaction in a timely manner.
• Abides by the company dress code and local health regulations concerning personal hygiene and practices.
• Wear a hairnet and apron while preparing and serving food, shirts tucked in and wears a name badge.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships by recognizing regular customers and learning their names.
• Maximize sales and profits during your shift.
• Complete daily and weekly food service paperwork as assigned.
• Follow product recipes, production procedures, and proper ingredients and portions.
• Maintain cleanliness of all food service areas, restock condiments, and sanitize utensils and surfaces.
• Report maintenance needs or safety incidents to the Manager.
• Open/close the food service operation if applicable or in case of an emergency.
