Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years related experience in customer-facing roles.
• Experience in high-volume retail and merchandising is preferred.
• Food Handler Certification or Card required within 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain menu items per IKEA Food concept and safety standards.
• Assist customers, process sales transactions, and follow cash handling policies.
• Maintain equipment, perform cleaning and preventive maintenance.
• Keep dining areas and supplies organized and clean.
• Oversee Swedish Food Market merchandising, pricing, and stock rotation.
• Ensure accurate price communication across all platforms.
• Adhere to FIFO, expiration dates, and sustainability standards.
• Follow IKEA Food policies for goods receiving and monthly inventory.
• Report safety concerns to managers promptly.
