Camp Copneconic in Michigan is seeking a Food Service Staff member to handle food preparation, stockroom management, and cleaning of kitchen facilities and dining areas. You will support the YMCA camp's mission by ensuring quality meals and safe food service operations.
Applicants should have 6 months to 1 year of food service experience, be at least 18, and able to work under supervision and as part of a team. English literacy and ability to follow safety protocols are essential.
General Function: Executes food preparations, stockroom management, cleaning of kitchen facility, equipment and general cleaning of dining facilities.
Effect on End Results: The Food Service Staff member is responsible for all meals served and the equipment and facilities used in the food service process. The position will have a direct impact on the quality stay for all guests of camp. YMCA Camp Copneconic will have a satisfied and growing participant base, quality programs and services, sound financial position and a positive community image.
