Qualifications

• Food Service Certificate or equivalent credentials.
• Ability to read and follow verbal and written instructions.
• Be able to work quickly and concisely under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quality food and baked goods according to a planned menu.
• Prepare a daily report that verifies transactions.
• Ensure storage of food in a sanitary manner.
• Serve food according to meal schedules and policies.
• Operate and care for kitchen equipment including knives.
• Assist in cleaning and sanitizing kitchen areas and equipment.
