• Serve food according to meal schedules and department policies.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and storage areas.
• Assist in major cleaning of refrigerators, freezers, and equipment.
• Follow procedures for cleanliness and sanitation and wear PPE as required.
• Monitor and meet food temperature requirements.
• Communicate with the manager daily to plan the day’s menu.
