ARAMARK is seeking a full-time Food Service Supervisor to lead a dedicated catering team, supervise daily operations, and ensure safe, high-quality food service. You will work with a manager to coordinate staff, schedule production, and maintain compliance with health codes.

You will mentor employees, handle inventory, assist with catering events, and promote teamwork while delivering exceptional service to our customers.

Formación

• Must read, write, and understand verbal instructions
• Must complete a sanitation course either before or during first year
• Must be knowledgeable in operating an efficient cost-effective program.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic
• Maintain emotional control under stress
• Ability to resolve interpersonal situations
• Strong organizational skills

Responsabilidades

• Produce and maintain work schedules and may prepare production packets.
• Direct daily activities.
• Maintain food safety/temperature logs and compliance with health codes.
• Manage inventory on a weekly basis.
• Supervise and evaluate employees; counsel; promote growth and teamwork.
• Train/mentor other food service workers.
• May perform cashier duties as needed.
• Attend food service meetings with staff.
