  • Knowledge of products, storage, and safe food handling practices.

“Gauges” of Responsibility:
  • Prepare all menu items in an appetizing and safe manner.
  • Schedule staff and manage operations, including being available for all shifts (most likely 9am-9pm, 7 days a week).
  • Work the front counter and prep areas alongside staff.
  • Order supplies, check incoming orders, and organize stock.
  • Hire and train employees, completing all necessary training prior to opening.
  • Maintain cleanliness and shop standards, ensuring health code compliance.
  • Complete weekly cost counts and manage shift duties, including logs and product dating.
  • Attend inspections and follow up on required improvements.
  • Resolve guest issues professionally and perform shift cash outs and reporting.
  • Handle administrative tasks, including payroll and correspondence.

Additional Requirements:

  • Reliable transportation.
  • ServSafe certification preferred.
  • Ability to stand, bend, lift up to 40 lbs, and perform physical tasks.
