With Medical Benefits:
Wage is $19.78, which includes medical, PTO, Paid Holidays, 401K, and more ($18.54 per hour + $1.24 for every 40 hours worked).

Without Medical Benefits:
Wage is $23.11, which includes no medical but does include PTO, Paid Holidays, 401K, and more ($18.54 per hour + $4.57 for every 40 hours worked).

Job Responsibilities
  1. Supervise food service staff and residents in their duties and evaluate performance as prescribed by facility and corporate policy.
  2. Supervise the preparation of meals according to standard menus and recipes approved by a registered dietitian.
  3. Inspect and taste prepared foods to maintain quality standards and sanitation regulations.
  4. Direct the serving of meals in accordance with feeding schedules and standards, including portion control, temperature, and proper serving procedures.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • Three years of experience in food service and prior supervisory experience required.
  • Additional education may substitute for experience on a year-for-year basis up to two years.
  • Must meet all state and local government food handling requirements.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Knowledge of food service operations, including cost control, food quality, safety, and sanitation.
  • Minimum age requirement: at least 20 years old.
