Sodexo is seeking a patient-centric Food Service Manager 2 at UPH Marshalltown Hospital located in Marshalltown, IA. The Food Service Manager will support the daily operations of both retail food outlets and patient dining services, ensuring exceptional food quality and safety while delivering outstanding customer experiences across all service areas.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and experience balancing the unique demands of patient-focused nutrition and vibrant retail food service environments.

What You'll Do
  • supervise day-to-day food service operations and team members;
  • motivate, coach, mentor and develop frontline staff and supervisors;
  • interact with customers, hospital staff, and visitors to ensure customer satisfaction; and
  • deliver high quality food services including retail, catering and patient meal management operations

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement - High School Diploma or GED or Equivalent. Minimum Management Experience - 1 year.
