Role Overview

Sodexo is seeking a Food Service Manager 2 at AtlantiCare City Campus in Atlantic City, NJ.

AtlantiCare is an award-winning integrated healthcare system based in Egg Harbor Township, New Jersey, serving the community across over 110 locations in Atlantic, Burlington, Camden, Cape May, and Ocean counties of southern New Jersey.

This Food Service Operations Manager will oversee and direct all food retail locations within the hospital and assist with catering services. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic team player with a strong background in managing frontline staff and developing teams in various food service environments.

What You'll Do
  • Motivate, coach, mentor, and develop frontline staff and supervisors
  • Interact with customers, hospital staff, and visitors to ensure satisfaction
  • Oversee cash handling processes and POS programming and maintenance
  • Manage vendor relationships and ensure compliance
  • Maintain product merchandising, marketing, and ordering standards
  • Coordinate department safety and sanitation protocols
  • Manage all retail operations, including hospital catering services
