Job summary

Summit Grove is seeking a part-time food service team member to assist with guest interactions and food services. Ideal candidates should be organized, have culinary experience, and be guest-oriented. Flexibility in schedule and a commitment to being active in their faith community are essential. Responsibilities include supporting the Guest Services Manager and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere, with compensation ranging from $16 to $20 per hour based on experience.

Qualifications

• Former experience working at a camp in a food service role preferred.
• Two to five years of culinary experience in a large food service setting.
• ServSafe certification preferred.
• Ability to drive to nearby locations for food purchasing.

Physical Demands

• Lifting, Carrying, Reaching, Pulling, Pushing, Stooping, Standing, Bending, Speaking, Listening, Able to lift 25-pounds and help move bulky or large items as needed

Reports to

• Guest Services Manager/Executive Director
• $16-20/hr, depending on experience and availability

Time

• Part-time, as needed. Based on demands and seasonal activity. (This position can be hired as PT seasonal, or PT year-round)
