Petro Serve USA is seeking a Food Service Manager to lead our kitchen operations at Store #080 in Fargo, ND. You will develop the team, maintain quality, and ensure an outstanding customer experience in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities include daily operation oversight, food preparation, inventory control, coaching, and ensuring compliance with food safety standards. Strong leadership and communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Previous food service or restaurant experience required.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

• Work closely with store leadership to achieve sales, profitability, and operational goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
