Job summary

Petro Serve USA in Mandan, North Dakota is seeking a friendly Cashier for Store #078. Starting pay is $16.00 per hour with a $1000–$1500 sign-on bonus. You will operate the cash register, help customers, stock displays, and keep the store clean in a fast-paced environment.

Applicants must be reliable, able to stand for long periods, and work a flexible schedule including weekends. Benefits include health/dental/vision insurance and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• Friendly and dependable with a strong customer-service attitude.
• Able to communicate effectively with customers and coworkers.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
• Able to accurately handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system.
• Able to stand for extended periods and perform routine lifting, stocking, and cleaning duties.
• Previous retail or customer-service experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly, and courteous service to every customer.
• Operate the cash register and accurately process customer transactions.
• Keep the interior and exterior of the store clean, organized, and inviting.
• Stock and face coolers, shelves, and merchandise displays.
• Monitor product availability and communicate stocking needs to store management.
• Prepare and maintain high‑margin products such as coffee and fountain beverages.
• Properly clean and maintain store equipment and work areas.
• Follow company procedures for cash handling, safety, sanitation, and customer service.
• Assist with additional store duties as assigned by management.
