Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Food Service Department with a strong focus on customer service, food quality, and department readiness.
• Create a fast, friendly, customer-first environment and resolve questions, concerns, and special requests.
• Execute merchandising plans, planograms, promotional sets, and seasonal programs.
• Oversee food preparation, packaging, stocking, display presentation and product quality.
• Maintain full, fresh, and visually appealing service cases and displays.
• Manage ordering, inventory, shrink, production logs, and waste reporting.
• Build and manage schedules aligned with sales volume and labor targets.
• Hire, train, coach, and develop associates while promoting teamwork and accountability.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, temperature controls, and regulatory requirements.
