Responsibilities

• Coordinate setup and breakdown of stations as directed by the manager.
• Cook and prepare foods according to recipes and directions.
• Ensure accurate portions during preparation and serving.
• Maintain daily temperature logs and food item sampling.
• Open and close station checklists and greet customers on/off the line.
• Address customer feedback with a positive attitude.
• Keep work stations clean and sanitized; manage waste disposal.
• Coordinate supplies movement between storage and work areas.
• Assist with safety observations and report hazards.
