Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience or training demonstrating ability to perform duties; evidence must be shown on resume.
• Applicants evaluated against OPM Federal Wage System Qualification Standards.

Responsibilities

• Communicates instructions and information about getting work started and accomplished.
• Leads production and service area activities.
• Leads food production in absence of Supervisor/Food Production Manager.
• Ensures safety and sanitation standards are followed and facilities are clean.
• Reviews diet changes before tray line and adjusts tray tickets accordingly.
• Monitors temperatures and quality of food during service and service area operations.
• Provides on-the-job training to lower graded workers and documents training.
