Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation and dating of food items for service.
• Set up and break down stations as directed by manager.
• Cook and prepare foods per recipes and directions.
• Ensure accurate portions for served items.
• Maintain daily temperature logs for safety and quality.
• Take samples of items before serving to customers.
• Report quality issues to management promptly.
• Complete station opening/closing checklists.
• Greet customers and assist on the serving line.
• Address customer feedback with a positive attitude.
