Job summary

The role requires flexibility for night and weekend catering events and a focus on safety, sanitation, and teamwork. You will develop schedules, assist with inventory, and help meet daily catering demands while mentoring junior staff and maintaining strong public relations within the team and

Qualifications

• Must read, write, and understand verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Produce and maintain staff work schedules and production packets.
• Direct daily activities and supervise employees.
• Maintain food safety and quality per policies and department requirements.
• Ensure safe storage and handling of food items.
• Maintain inventory and support catering events as needed.
• Train/mentor other food service workers and promote teamwork.
• Attend meetings and communicate with staff using various channels.
• Fill in for absent employees and support the Food Service Director or Manager.
