Job summary

Aafes is seeking a Food Service Foreman to lead a team of Food Service Workers in delivering exceptional customer experiences and achieving store sales goals. You will plan workloads, create schedules, and foster accountability to meet service standards while guiding staff to resolve customer issues promptly.

The role offers a regular part-time schedule, weekend shifts, and opportunities to engage in DoD-related initiatives through the Exchange.

Qualifications

• Six months of restaurant or related food service operations experience.
• Successful completion of NBFF training or the Exchange Restaurant Operations Management Academy (ROMA).

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to meet sales goals and deliver extraordinary customer experiences.
• Plan daily/weekly workloads and schedules to align with business needs.
• Respond quickly to and deescalate negative customer experiences and empower the team to resolve issues.
