Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of and assist in the preparation of daily food items and dating products.
• Coordinate and assist in setting up and breaking down stations as directed by the manager.
• Cook and prepare foods according to recipes and directions.
• Ensure accurate portions when preparing and serving items on the line.
• Maintain daily temperature logs.
• Take samples of all food items on the line prior to serving customers.
• Inform management of items not meeting quality standards.
• Complete opening and closing station checklists.
• Greet customers and collect feedback on service quality.
• Maintain a clean work station and sanitize utensils and surfaces.
• Dispose of waste from the service line accurately.
• Move supplies between storage and work areas as needed.
• Participate in daily safety observations and report hazards.
• Cross-train in other areas as needed.
• Work in concessions, catering, and special events as required.
• Perform tasks assigned by management weekly or monthly.
• Lead line staff to ensure timely service and coordinate sanitation as needed.
