Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of and assist in preparation of food items for the day and dating products.
• Coordinate and assist in setting up and breaking down stations designated by the manager.
• Cook and prepare foods according to recipes and directions.
• Ensure accurate portioning when preparing and serving items on the line.
• Maintain daily temperature logs and quality checks.
• Take samples of food items on the line prior to serving customers.
• Greet customers and handle feedback with a positive attitude.
• Maintain a clean, stocked, and sanitized work station and service area.
• Assist with safety observations and raise hazards to management.
• Cross-train in other areas as needed and support concessions, catering, and events.
