• Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions.
• Food Service Experience preferred.
• Requires frequent lifting/transporting hot food items.
• Ability to work inside kitchen area, interact with heated equipment, steam, loud noise, chemicals and other at risk conditions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and assist in preparation of food items for the day.
• Coordinate and assist in setting up and breaking down stations.
• Cook and prepare foods according to recipes and directions.
• Use accurate portions when preparing and serving items on the line.
• Maintain daily temperature logs.
• Take samples of all food items prior to serving.
• Alert management to quality issues.
• Complete opening and closing station checklists.
• Greet customers and gather feedback on service.
• Maintain clean and sanitized work stations and utensils.
• Dispose of waste from the service line properly.
• Transport supplies between storage and work areas.
• Assist with safety observations and report hazards.
• Cross-train in related areas as needed.
• Work in concessions, catering, and special events.
• Perform tasks as requested by management.
• Lead and advise line employees for timely service.
