Qualifikationen

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Leadership and supervisory abilities are a plus.
• Ability to work well in a team.
• Serve Safe Certification required.
• Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions.
• Food service experience preferred.
• Frequent lifting/transporting hot food items required.
• Able to work in a kitchen with heated equipment, steam, noise, and chemicals.

Aufgaben

• Lead and assist in the preparation of food items for the day and dating products.
• Set up and break down stations as directed by the manager.
• Cook and prepare foods according to recipes and directions.
• Ensure accurate portioning when preparing and serving items.
• Maintain daily temperature logs.
• Take samples of all food items prior to serving.
• Notify management of quality concerns and correct as needed.
• Complete opening/closing station checklists.
• Greet and assist customers at the serving line and handle feedback.
• Maintain a clean work station and sanitary conditions.
• Dispose of waste properly and transfer supplies as needed.
• Assist with safety observations and report hazards.
